Welcome to our next evening “Eat Yourself Healthy” which will be held on Sunday the 20th of January (starting time: 5.30 pm)!
Our first evening back in December has been a great success and we wanted to make sure to reiterate this fun and healthy fine dinning experience. For those of you who don’t really know the concept of “Eat yourself healthy” evenings, I will explain to you a little bit more: You will discover very nourishing, flavoursome and colourful dishes free from Wheat / Gluten / Dairy but also low in sugar. Wheat and Dairy seem to be a growing problem for some of us (including myself). On my journey on being wheat and dairy free, I strongly struggled in what to eat. With hard work and commitment and with the help of our fantastic chef David Bennett, I have started to enjoy some amazing and very nourishing food. Real food to be more precise, free from unnecessary additives.
You will find yourself sit next to a stranger on a table of 12 people (a great community gathering time!). We will discuss about healthy tips, drink some wine (one or two glass of wine is healthy and part of a balanced diet, right?) and will discover wonderful dishes. You will get the opportunity to get the recipes because we are not the sort of people to not share what we are so excited about! I will also leave you to it so you will get the opportunity to enjoy your evening with your friends too! So don’t worry, I won’t bore you too much 🙂
The rule: having FUN and bringing the community together (bring your own wine too which is always a bonus :))
