What a bargain and a wonderful trouvaille! (lucky find)Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps!
For quite a while now, I am keeping my bathroom with a minimum of products. Although being on budget, I cannot afford expensive brands.
I do love organic and natural products but obviously (and fair enough) the price reflects the goodness and the wonderful ingredients of the products such as pure almond, jojoba, star flower, evening primrose, rosehip oils… (be cautious though about the conventional brands who are claiming their products NATURAL OR SIMPLE: with a non regulated market as far as concern the organic cosmetic industry, a brand can market their products as natural by only putting 1% of natural ingredients…the rest of it…full of petroleum derived ingredients…)
My lucky find…here it is! a 18-in-1 hemp Rose PURE castille soap!
The Rose soap with its beautifully blended natural essential oils has an elegant and romantic traditional feel. All oils and essential oils are certified organic to the National Organic Standards Program. Packaged in 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles.
Water, Organic Coconut Oil*, Potassium Hydroxide**, Organic Olive Oil*, Natural Rose Fragrance, Organic Hemp Oil, Organic Jojoba Oil, Citric Acid, Tocopherol
* CERTIFIED FAIR TRADE INGREDIENTS
** None remains after saponifying oils into soap and glycerin
This small bottle costed me £1.99 and is lasting me ageeessss ! Also, the beautiful smell of rose is wonderful! Although, I need to make sure that I am applying a bit more moisture afterwards in comparison with a nourishing cleanser but I DO LOVE IT and is so ECONOMICAL! I bought mine from this wonderful website: http://www.theremustbeabetterway.co.uk/dr-bronners-magic-pure-castile-liquid-soap.html
I would perhaps recommend for the very dry skins to go for the almond version and add more good fats into their diet. Nourishing the skin from within with good fats (avocado oil / evening primrose oil / flax seed oil and so on) will do wonder for your skin.
Speak to you soon,
With warm Love,
